As construction project superintendent, you will be Van Tassel Proctor's onsite representative assigned responsibility and authority for the daily coordination and directing of the project so that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, to the standards and satisfaction of the client. You will work closely with office personnel such as Project Managers and Project Coordinators. You will also interact with subcontractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients while maintaining a high standard of workmanship that adhere to project plans and specifications.
