Traveling Construction Superintendent – Commercial / Retail Construction

Due to our continued growth, we are searching for traveling superintendents to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain job site from start to turn over
• Site layout
• Manage safety program
• Produce quality construction per plans and specifications provided
• Manage the schedule, coordinate sub-contractors, vendors, inspections and facilitate material deliveries

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supervision of commercial/industrial construction projects 
• Ability to implement plans and specifications, layout and total control of the job site and schedule
• Experience in restaurant, petroleum, retail and other "fast track" construction is a plus
• Computer literate (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus)
• Out of town travel required
• Long term employment commitment
• Must be a team player, focused on client satisfaction with a commitment to quality
