What Youll Do

We trust that as a Treasurer you will:

• Ensure that our Treasury capabilities stay ahead of the increasing complexity of our business
• Resolve that appropriate controls are in place to safeguard the assets of the company
• Direct the management of bank accounts, cash, investment portfolios, and global daily liquidity
• Liaise with the companys bankers and ratings agencies to handle existing debt and credit lines, as well as any new issuances and re-financings.
• Review and recommend capital structure positioning for the optimal mix of cash, debt, return of capital, and strategic acquisition firepower
• Work closely with business development teams to proactively handle the acquisition funding process
• Lead initiatives to further automate and scale Treasury processes and Executive Team level management dashboards
• Short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting to aid in liquidity positioning and capital structure decisioning
• Work with divisions and BTR on Future JV funding needs and compliance of financing arrangements with existing covenants
• Oversee operations to ensure compliance with all applicable local/country regulations including SEC requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Develop and implement cash management operational strategies to optimize banking services, assure best practices and optimize banking pricing. Develops relationships with banking institutions.
• Develop financial models and forecasts and drives strategic decision making using appropriate financial analysis. Analyzes periodic summaries of performance results and key attribution measurements and monitors compliance to investment policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 10+ years experience in senior finance leadership roles partnering with officers and executives
• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred
• Be a hands-on leader who inspires and mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market insights and problem-solving
• Deep subject matter expertise in Finance, especially Treasury, with an extensive network of external relationships that can be used to keep a pulse on the business and competitor dynamics
• Firm grounding in treasury accounting and SEC reporting, international tax and legal entity structures, and treasury management systems
• Proven track record of successfully managing c-level relationships, effectively partnering on financial planning and strategy development and execution
• Experience leading complex operational and critical initiatives.
• Ability to lead, inspire the team, and develop bench talent for Taylor Morrison
• Incredible attention to detail and ownership of business outcomes
• Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
• Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines
• Ability to sponsors and drives process and continuous improvement initiatives

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
