Skills required for each position
Plumber – (Apprentice through Master Plumber) Able to understand high quality plumbing work completion and ready to give training to others. Will install water supply systems primarily PEX. Install Drain, Water and Vent systems primarily ABS. Install Bath and Kitchen Plumbing faucets and fixtures. Understands and has used the United Plumbing Code.
Licensed Mechanical HVAC – (Apprentice through Licensed) Able to understand high quality Mechanical work completion and to train others. Will install Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Units. Will install Required Air Duct Work, Ventilation Fans, Condensate Liner and Charge, Dryer Duct.
Framers – Able to understand high quality Framing work completion and give training to others. Construct Steel/Concrete Floor Assemblies, Wood Ceiling Assemblies, Wooden Roof Assemblies.
Drywall Finishers – Able to understand high quality Drywall Finish work completion and give training to others. Understands and can achieve a level 5 smooth finish. Knows how to use automated taping tools. Skilled in Tape and gypsum compound application.
Interior Finishers – Able to understand high quality finish work completion and give training to others. Install Interior Doors & Window Trim. Install Kitchen, Bath and Pre-Built Cabinets, Shelving, Trim and Ceramic Tile, Drywall and Painting Finishes.
Exterior Finishers – Able to understand High Quality Exterior Finish work completion and give the training to others. Install Exterior Doors, Windows, Vertical or Horizontal Siding, Stucco, EIFS or Equal, Metal Roofing and Glued/seamed TPO.
