Construction Material Procurement Specialist (Buyer) – Able to understand high quality material procurement work completion and give training to others. Knowledge of high-quality construction material. Working knowledge of vendor base. Able to complete cycle counts. Skilled in purchase order process. Direct Material Handlers for material storage and line distribution. Computer knowledge and training in software (Sage, Excel, Word, etc.). Tracking materials in computer software. Understand high quality construction methods.
Material Receiving Specialist – Able to understand high quality material condition and correct material delivery and give training to others. Material inspection for transportation damage. Ensure paperwork matches delivery of material. Able to complete cycle counts. Direct Material Handlers for material storage and line distribution. Computer knowledge and training in software (Sage, Excel, Word, etc.). Tracking materials in computer software. Understand high quality construction methods.
Quality Assurance Specialist – Able to understand high quality work completion and give guidance to solutions to achieve best results. Material inspection for transportation damage. Ensure specifications match construction. Work with third party for compliance (NTA). Control modular travelers. Work with Production to get discrepancies completed. Computer knowledge and training in software (Sage, Excel, Word, etc.). Tracking materials in computer software. Understand high quality construction methods.
