About the Position:

Hiring for a Vice President of Feedstock Origination responsible for all aspects of feedstock acquisition and leading the feasibility and sales phase of project development for the companies projects. While it is expected that the VPFO will be hands-on with developing critically essential customer relationships, the role also includes leading and motivating a lean team of Feedstock Originators tasked with building our client's pipeline of feedstock agreements to support our national expansion strategy.

Requirements:


7+ years experience in development of waste, waste-to-energy, and/or waste treatment projects
Proven experience originating feedstock agreements (preferred experience in Food Waste)
Bachelor's degree
7+ years' experience in sales-based roles, including sales team leadership.
Ability to build customer relationships, close deals, and execute complex multi-year sales agreements
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on teamwork and interface with various work groups.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, various scheduling tools, and cost management software.
