Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be a part of teams designing municipal and transportation related stormwater drainage and water resources engineering projects
  • Perform hydrologic, hydraulic, geomorphic calculations using simulation software
  • Design gravity and pressure conveyance for stormwater and sanitary sewer projects
  • Prepare documents including reports, plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates

Requirements

<div><strong>Experience Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of related post-graduate work as a Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineer</li> <li>Work-related experience in hydrologic and hydraulic design of stormwater systems, including water quality treatment and flow control facilities</li> <li>Experience with developing and overseeing plans, specifications, and technical drainage reports for public roadway projects</li> <li>Experience in the design of stormwater facilities utilizing green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) and low impact development (LID)</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Bentley Microstation design software</li> <li>Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proven ability of working collaboratively with other professional disciplines</li> </ul> <div class="O0"> </div> <div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Local candidates preferred.
