We are currently looking for Concrete Foundation foremen who will be able to:

• Participate in pre-job meetings making sure to thoroughly review plans and materials needed


• Assure all labor is correctly disbursed on project


• Assure all material is on jobsite when needed and check delivery to confirm accuracy


• Assure all jobsite is organized at all times and excess material is collected and stored


• Assure all equipment is on jobsite when needed, report any malfunctions to Superintendent


• Assure all foundations are properly laid out, per plans


• Assure all elevations are correct, per plans


• Assure all inspections sheets are completed as required


• Direct yard foreman to put all stored material back into inventory


• Confirm, initiate and execute change orders as required


• Conduct weekly tailgate meetings


• Evaluate lower branched employees and determines when replacements and/or additional workforce is needed


• Schedule lower branched employees


• Assure all safety precautions are adhered to


• Ensure a good relationship and communication with Owner/Contractor


• Notify Superintendent of any potential problems and/or variance between jobsite conditions and plans


• Maintain company vehicle, complete inspection sheet once a week, notify Superintendent of any problems, keep clean

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous concrete construction experience, supervisory experience preferred


• Ability to maintain appropriate relationships with subordinates, superintendents, contractors, owner


• Ability to read plans


• Ability to organize and schedule to work most efficiently


• Ability to know and implement safety protocols


• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written


• Must be able to lift 100 pounds


• Must have a clean DMV record


• Must be able to pass drug testing


• Must be able to traverse potentially rugged terrain
