The Assistant Project Manager - Luxury/Historical Renovations will be a pivotal hire - and will be an immediate help within the team.
Job Description
- Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related challenges effectively.
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
