The Building Superintendent is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the residential property . This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, addressing tenant concerns, and responding promptly to emergencies to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular facility maintenance to ensure building systems are operational
Communicate effectively with tenants to address their concerns and requests
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations within the building

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Skills in plastering and painting
