Represent Google on Some of the World's Largest AI & Hyperscale Data Center Projects

We're partnering with a leading Owner's Representative supporting Google's multi-billion-dollar data center expansion across the United States and are seeking experienced Client Representatives, Owner's Representatives, Construction Managers, and Senior Project Managers to oversee the planning, construction, commissioning, and successful delivery of hyperscale mission critical facilities.

If you've worked on Google, AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Iron Mountain, QTS, Vantage, Digital Realty, Compass Datacenters, or other hyperscale data center projects, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do

• Represent Google's interests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Lead construction oversight from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage General Contractors, Design Teams, Consultants, and Trade Partners.
• Review budgets, schedules, forecasting, risk, and project execution.
• Lead owner, contractor, architect, and consultant meetings.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate complex MEP systems, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Google's quality standards.

We're Looking For

• 2+ years of construction management, owner's representative, or project management experience.
• Experience delivering Mission Critical or Data Center projects.
• Experience with hyperscale clients such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Iron Mountain, QTS, CyrusOne, Vantage, Compass Datacenters, or Digital Realty.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, QA/QC, and mission critical infrastructure.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
