**Job Overview:** 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership. 

**Duties:** 

- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on-site 

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings 

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively 

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards 

- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards 

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success 

**Qualifications:** 

- Proven experience in supervising electrical projects 

- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols 

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately 

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders 

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently T
