The Baltic community will have 17 units and the Aegean community will have 27 units in the City of Asbury Park. K. Hovnanian's Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and K. Hovnanian's Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC are looking to establish one (1) Mentorship for small businesses to gain experience in large scale construction.
