Job Description
Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency and quality standards. Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays proactively. Resolve any on-site conflicts and ensure effective communication among all project participants. Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
A successful Construction Project Manager should have: a strong background in construction project management within the business services industry. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
