About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This is a unique chance to be part of a growing commercial construction management company with an awesome culture and leadership. 

About You:

You are an expert in the Construction industry and you are an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with at least 8-10+ years of experience leading multiple projects at a time for a growing commercial construction management company. 

Your expertise spans coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project schedules. You thrive on challenges, have a keen eye for detail, and are adept at resolving issues with efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely project completion.
• Conduct quality control duties to uphold project standards.
• Communicate effectively with the project team on ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress.
• Maintain daily logs of on-site activities.
• Preside over subcontractor meetings and coordinate work across multiple job sites.

What You Will Need:

• Strong leadership skills to supervise subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast paced highly agile environment
• Effective communication using various tools.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate the entire job site.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when project deadlines require.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent running multiple construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of trades and computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) and Master Builder (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and speak effectively before groups.
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
