The Construction Superintendent will oversee medium to small residential and commercial construction projects, managing teams typically ranging from fewer than 10 to 30 members. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role ensures project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are maintained while coordinating subcontractors and resources. The superintendent will use various construction management software tools, including BuildPass and Microsoft scheduling applications, and occasionally travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Ensure quality control across all project phases
• Manage site safety and enforce regulations
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands
• Monitor budgets and control project costs
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and performance
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Manage compliance with codes and regulations
• Provide progress reports to stakeholders
• Resolve on-site problems promptly
• Maintain clear communication with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction management
• Proficient in blueprint reading
