About the Position:

Hiring for a Development Manager responsible for orchestrating and coordinating various aspects of project development to ensure successful execution while upholding our commitment to sustainability and innovation. This includes:

• Site Selection and Feasibility Assessment Support
• Utility Interconnection Process Support
• Land Acquisition and Management Support
• Environmental Assessments and Permitting Support
• Resource Assessment and Preliminary Layout Support
• Project Management, Scheduling, and Budgeting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on early to mid-stage utility-scale wind and/or solar facility development experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, business, or similar technical areas.
• Strong GIS capabilities and familiarity with MS Project and the MS Suite of products.
• Ability to simultaneously support multiple early to mid-stage development projects.
