Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Director of Design & Construction to serve as an execution leader within its Office Development Services platform, delivering complex office and mixed-use developments across Texas. Working closely with the platform's development leadership, this role owns design management, preconstruction, procurement, and construction executionfrom early diligence through project closeoutcoordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors while keeping projects on budget and on schedule. The Director is involved in every aspect of the design process, with a focus on quality control, constructability, and implementation, and is capable of independently managing smaller projects. This position calls for a highly experienced design-and-construction professional with deep technical expertise, strong cost and schedule discipline, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering institutional-quality results.

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction, or design management.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale office, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
  • Diverse network of relationships across design and construction firms.
• Technical Skills
  • Strong command of project budgeting, cost management, value engineering, and construction cost structures. Mastery of AIA contracting and similar agreements and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
