We're seeking a Field Construction Supervisor responsible for conducting initial on-site inspections and managing daily field operations for active projects. This role involves consistently gathering all necessary information to prepare the Scope of Work and Estimate, as well as supervising field execution, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing materials and deliveries to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Pano's Home Pros' quality standards.

What you'll do:

• Lead the initial site inspection: take measurements, photos, document site conditions, client preferences, and all necessary information.

• Supervise daily on-site work on active remodeling projects.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in house crew.

• Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and job costs to keep projects on time and on budget.

• Communicate clearly with clients and the office team about progress and next steps.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years of experience in construction/remodeling in a field leadership role.

• Strong field measurement and documentation skills (photos, notes, checklists).

• Experience coordinating subcontractors; ability to read plans is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).

• Comfortable using digital tools and apps like Houzz Pro.
