FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
F. Ruggio Restoration is looking for a hands-on Foreman to coordinate everyday operations and complete
projects at multiple sites.
YEAR ROUND WORK-HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Pay: $15.00 -$25.00 DOE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
Supervise and train workers.
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

Valid Driver license/ reliable transportation
Effective communication
Ability to recognize inefficiencies in both safety and production and take corrective actions.
Must possess a high degree of integrity, strong work ethic and ability to work independently with
minimal supervision
