Job Description
The General Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies in order to complete all jobs efficiently, correctly, and profitably. 2-3 years previous professional experience as a General Foreperson in line clearance or vegetation management is required to be considered for this role. Driver's license is required as well; CDL is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits and overtime may be required.
Essential Functions
Supervisory Responsibilities The General Foreperson has all crew positions as direct reports.
Experience Requirements At least 2-3 years' prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred; previous experience as a General Foreperson preferred
Education Requirements High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
