Estimator

This is an established general contractor with over three decades of experience delivering ground-up projects across the Southeast. The company has a strong presence in Georgia and focuses heavily on K-12, higher education, and specialized commercial construction. Known for stability and repeat business, they are continuing to expand their preconstruction capabilities.

Lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through GMP development. Manage and mentor a team of estimators, reviewing takeoffs and pricing strategies. Work closely with operations, business development, and ownership to align pursuits. Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost plans for ground-up work. Coordinate subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope reviews. Support proposal efforts and client presentations.

7+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience within a GC. Experience managing or mentoring estimators. Strong background in ground-up commercial projects ($10M+). Able to take ownership of multiple pursuits and communicate effectively with internal/external teams. Interested in stepping into a leadership track role.
