Job DescriptionThis is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership.
Partner with the internal design team to ensure constructible, high-quality plans
Manage permitting, inspections, and all jurisdictional requirements
Lead procurement of owner-supplied materials, including pricing and lead times
Bid, negotiate, and award subcontractor scopes; build new trade relationships
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting (including monthly cost tracking)
Collaborate daily with field leadership to maintain quality and timeline
Oversee RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and project documentation
Drive project closeout and turnover processes
Mentor junior team members and help build out the project management structure

The Successful Applicant7+ years of construction management experience, with strong budgeting and leadership background
Proven expertise in multifamily construction (ideally podium-style or large-scale developments)
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically - comfortable leading while staying close to the work
Strong communicator who can collaborate across design, field, and ownership teams
Interest in growth and leadership, including building and managing a team over time
Able to commute to Providence and split time between office and job sites
