We are seeking a strategic, high-impact leader to oversee our preconstruction and estimating function. This is more than a Chief Estimator role it is an opportunity to influence how we pursue work, build teams, protect margins, and support long-term company growth. We are looking for someone who combines deep design/build and electrical estimating expertise with leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build scalable systems and processes.

What You'll Lead

• Lead ELCCO's estimating and preconstruction function
• Drive bid strategy, pricing quality, and backlog discipline
• Partner closely with Operations, Project Management, and Business Development
• Develop estimating standards, tools, and scalable processes
• Mentor and develop estimators and preconstruction staff
• Provide leadership insight into market trends, risk, and opportunity selection
• Improve estimating systems, cost databases, and operational alignment
