Project Manager

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Produce estimates and budgets (PMs handle preconstruction duties). Coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Drive schedule, cost, quality, and project profitability.

5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor (flexible for strong candidates). Estimating experience required. Ground-up commercial construction experience. Automotive dealership experience highly preferred. Experience in retail, industrial, warehouse, or aviation projects is a plus.
