Job DescriptionManage hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management. Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership. Lead owner meetings and drive proactive communication. Monitor cost controls, buyout, and project financial performance. Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence throughout execution.

The Successful Applicant5+ years of project management experience with a GC. Strong hospitality project experience (hotels, resorts, PIPs, renovations). Experience managing projects $5M+ from start to finish. Strong contract, schedule, and cost management skills. Confident communicator with owners, designers, and field teams.
