A successful Project Manager will:

• Lead a team of Assistant Project Managers during preconstruction, buyout, and project execution
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs
• Work closely with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
• Lead budget tracking, cost reviews, and forecasting
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and project documentation
• Maintain quality standards and contribute to problem solving onsite

The ideal Project Manager will have:

• 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software

Our Project Manager will receive:

• Base salary of $110-135K
• Annual performance bonus
