Job Description
Oversee full project lifecycle including contracts, procurement, scheduling, and financial tracking
Manage contract administration and change orders while ensuring compliance across all stakeholders
Lead coordination meetings to align subcontractors, internal teams, and client partners
Secure permits and confirm subcontractor insurance coverage requirements
Develop, mentor, and lead project teams to deliver high-performance results
Prepare and present monthly project reports outlining progress, risks, and priorities
Manage project close-out including documentation, warranties, and final payments
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineering partners
Track project timelines and proactively address risks to maintain delivery targets
Champion a strong safety-first culture across all job sites
Support business development efforts including proposals and client presentations
Network within the industry to identify new opportunities and talent
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top construction professionals
Deliver an exceptional client experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

The Successful Applicant
Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or relevant experience
Minimum 4+ years of construction experience with large-scale GC projects preferred
At least 2+ years of team leadership experience
Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project financials
Skilled in building and negotiating relationships with clients and subcontractors
Ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
Alignment with a performance-driven, team-oriented culture
Preferred: DBIA and/or LEED accreditation
