• Manage 2-3 concurrent projects ranging from $1M-$3M
• Take full ownership from preconstruction through closeout
• Handle buyout, change orders, pay applications, and budgeting
• Lead projects with minimal oversight from leadership
• Coordinate subs and maintain schedule across multiple jobs
