We trust that as a Compensation Manager you will: (responsibilities)

Evaluate and create sales incentive plans designed to maximize behavior and sales performance
Partner with People Services and Sales Leaders to manage sales incentive plans
Identify and drive improvements to our sales compensation policies and procedures by partnering across Finance, Sales Management, People Services and Legal
Analyze performance and making recommendations to Sales Management on effectiveness of programs
Use SalesForce (or other systems) to calculate commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency across the organization
Ensure compliance with SOX for our compensation documents, processes and programs
Works with the Total Rewards team on the creation and management of company-wide compensation strategies, classification issues, performance management, benchmarking, and position grading
Develops and administers various types of data analysis reports for senior management review
Completes general and industry specific compensation surveys and provides ongoing support for all compensation programs and initiatives
You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you: (requirements)

Bachelor’s degree required
Sales compensation experience preferred
Demonstrated experience implementing, executing and analyzing sales compensation programs
Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment required
Ability to form partnerships with customers and deliver world-class customer service
Experience with SalesForce and commission tools strongly preferred
Strong computer skills with extensive working knowledge of MS Excel

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
