We are currently searching for a Roofing Service Manager to join our team! We are looking for a highly ambitious and people-focused Service Manager to lead and grow our Roofing Service Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with the service team.
• Communicating with existing customers, property managers, building owners, and business owners.
• Develop relationships and create a new client base to fit our current service department's capabilities.
• Help coordinate and conduct staff meetings to discuss schedules, staffing and general day to day items.
• Review and update the production schedule and any safety audits.
• Help with creating reports, which may include photos and quotes.
• Work Orders and Bid sheets weekly to establish workload and fluctuations.
• Maintain a departmental sales chart from the invoiced sales summary.
• Financial reporting/or metrics on project work on hand, work in progress, and job complete requests for purchasing tools and equipment.
• Oversees successful execution of all roofing services.
• Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and training skills to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
• Collaborate on long & short-term plans for the department's growth.
• Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team.
• Oversees the services, installations, and operations of all commercial and residential roofing projects.
• Responsible for interviewing, training, coaching, and disciplining.
• Work with production/estimating team and assist with deliveries, quality and safety site visits, logistics, roof inspections/core samples.

Job Requirements:

• Organized and able to multitask.
• Some experience working with insurance adjusters and property management companies.
• A professional degree preferably in Construction Management or equivalent desired but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years, verifiable full-time management experience in commercial and residential roofing and roofing services.
• Working knowledge of residential and commercial roofing, techniques, systems, as well as codes for servicing.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in difficult or sensitive situations.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Must be flexible and open to a constantly changing work environment.
• Must pass drug screening, background check, and an MVR.

Salary: The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 per year. Salary is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location where job is performed. Haselden does not discriminate based upon any protected category with respect to the payment of wages.
