Privately held Construction Management Firm is looking for a Safety Manager to join their team! Specialize exclusively in lifescience & regulated environments (labs, clean rooms, etc.) - projects up to $30M throughout Eastern MA, North Shore & Boston area Relationship driven, hands on model where Senior leaders are directly involved in project execution, allowing team to move quickly while maintaining safety/quality standards

The Safety Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing and enforcing site safety programs across multiple projects
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA and regulated life science standards
• Conducting site audits, safety inspections, and incident investigations
• Leading safety trainings, toolbox talks, and ongoing education
• Partnering with project teams to proactively manage risk
• Maintaining safety documentation and reporting
• Promoting a strong safety first culture across all jobsites

The Safety Manager will receive:
