Local general contracting firm is currently looking for an experienced and exceptional Superintendent with knowledge in kitchen, commercial and / or medical construction with five to seven years of experience.

The Superintendent will oversee medium to large commercial construction projects, from active construction through post-construction closeout. This role requires a full-time onsite presence and direct client interaction to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities on commercial construction sites
• Manage teams of 11-30+ personnel effectively
• Coordinate all phases of construction projects
• Maintain direct communication with clients
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills:

• Strong positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Proficient with computers and construction software
• Ability to develop and manage CPM schedules
• Prepare accurate daily work reports and timecards
• Strong written documentation and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• 5+ years' experience in construction management
• Current 30 Hour OSHA Safety Certification
• Pre-hire drug screening required
