A premier Illinois general contractor delivering K-12 schools, higher education facilities, athletic complexes, and campus improvement projects throughout the region.
Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Coordinate school district personnel and stakeholders.
Manage safety, quality, and production goals.
Conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks.
Ensure compliance with educational facility standards.
Manage inspections and code requirements.
Coordinate phased and occupied-building construction.
Track project milestones and recovery plans.
Lead project closeout and punch list completion.

The Successful Applicant8+ years of Superintendent experience.
Experience managing K-12 or higher education projects.
Strong safety and quality management background.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Ability to coordinate work in occupied environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
