Lead all field operations, schedules, and labor budgets

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 10+ years' experience as a Superintendent on $7-200M projects
• Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare construction
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety
• Proven leader who motivates crews and partners effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent

Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 135,000.
