Job Description
Lead all on?site construction activities from mobilization through close?out
Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and daily site operations
Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design teams
Drive quality control and resolve field issues proactively
Maintain accurate reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
Represent the company professionally with clients and repeat partners

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare, medical office, Class A office, or higher education projects
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across ground?up and complex interiors
Experience working for a commercial general contractor
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast?paced schedules
Strong leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills
Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore or similar platforms
