Job Description
The Assistant Director for Construction and Valuation is responsible for attaining valuation operational related program objectives and goals for Loan Guaranty (LGY), ensuring daily operations, performance, customer service, and resolution of emerging issues. Through supervisory staff, the incumbent leads, plans, develops, organizes, coordinates, directs, and evaluates the VA Guaranty Home Loan valuation operations and oversees lenders and appraisers' compliance with VA policies and procedures.
