Job-Specific Insights The Hampton Roads District is seeking a Facilities Specialist for the Hampton Roads Harbor Tunnels (HRHT) to complete work orders and other assigned tasks related to construction, maintenance, repair and renovations of facilities structures and equipment. Multiple positions may be filled from this recruitment. One position will be assigned to work nights following the completion of the HRBT expansion project sometime in 2027.
