What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven track record in Construction Site Management, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
• Strong understanding of Construction Safety practices and protocols
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and lead diverse teams effectively
• Budgeting experience with a focus on controlling costs and resource optimization
• Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving
• Effective communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred

Additional Considerations:

• Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and maintain a positive on-site environment
• OSHA certifications or safety training certifications are advantageous
