LS4 Structural LLC is seeking an experienced Structural Ironworker with Heavy Gauge Sheet Metal Framing experience to join our growing team. We specialize in petroleum canopy construction, structural steel repairs, fascia systems, rebranding projects, collision damage restoration, and maintenance services throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in structural steel erection, welding, heavy-gauge metal framing, and field construction practices. This position requires travel, the ability to work at heights, and a commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

  • Install, erect, and modify structural steel components.
  • Layout and install heavy-gauge sheet metal framing systems.
  • Perform canopy structural repairs and modifications.
  • Install fascia support framing, architectural metal systems, and related components.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and field sketches.
  • Perform field measurements and material layouts.
  • Assist with rigging, hoisting, and steel erection operations.
  • Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, and construction equipment.
  • Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting as required.
  • Maintain OSHA-compliant safety practices.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of structural steel or ironworker experience
  • 3 years of heavy-gauge sheet metal framing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Experience working from aerial lifts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Preferred

  • AWS Welding Certifications.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Experience with petroleum canopies, gas stations, convenience stores, or retail rebranding projects.
  • Experience with aluminum fascia systems and architectural metal panels.
  • SST Card for NYC projects.
