Job-Specific Insights The Hampton Roads District is seeking to fill an hourly Learning Coordinator position within the Workforce Development team. This position works closely with the District Learning Manager to support Workforce Development programs, and as a statewide learning liaison role. This role is imperative in VDOT’s efforts of Keeping Virginia Moving and cultivating a continuous learning culture for our district. This position will work an average of 29 hours a week.
