We are seeking an Architectural Drafter / Designer to support architectural design development, construction document production, and project coordination throughout various stages of design and construction.

Responsibilities
Assist in architectural design development and preparation of construction documents
Create architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards
Assist with preparation and coordination of documents for NYC DOB and FDNY submissions

Qualifications
Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
3 5 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
Proficiency in Revit required
Familiarity with NYC Building Code, DOB filing, and permitting processes preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 $90,000 per year
