POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Design Professional I to join the production pool, with an initial assignment to the Education Market Sector. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full design and construction document process, mentorship from experienced architects, and a clear path toward licensure.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience post-graduation
- Strong Revit proficiency required
- Rendering capabilities: Photoshop, LUMION, SketchUp
- Portfolio demonstrating both design and technical work
- Exposure to construction documents and consultant coordination
- Interest in licensure; NCARB record a strong plus
- Deltek, Newforma, Procore, or Bluebeam exposure a plus

STRONG INDICATORS FOR SUCCESS
- NCARB record started or ARE planning underway
- Revit certification
- Construction administration exposure
- Previous internship with a reputable firm
