Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards. Drive timely delivery across multiple wood-frame and podium builds.

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction REQUIRED. 5+ years of experience working for a General Contractor REQUIRED. Proven background in wood-frame, podium, or garden-style projects. Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management. Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Salary: $120,000-$160,000 base + performance bonus. Quarterly bonus plan tied to project and company performance. $700/month car allowance and monthly mobile stipend. Long-term growth into Senior PM and executive construction roles.
