Hiring for a Project Manager with experience in mechanical construction. Project size ranges from below $1,000,000 to over $10,000,000. Must be able to handle more than one project at a time. Responsibilities include the successful completion of entire projects, making sure requisitions are submitted in a timely fashion, and aide in the buy-out of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience.


• 5+ years of prior Project Manager work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing industry, managing residential and/or commercial projects.


• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
