Project Manager

The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader with deep knowledge of combined-cycle construction, capable of managing OEMs, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders while delivering technically complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead the development and execution of large-scale natural gas-fired power generation projects, including simple-cycle combustion turbines and combined-cycle (11, 21, 31) facilities. This role is responsible for the development and management of the construction portion of the generation asset(s), including, but not limited to, procurement, EPC execution, commissioning, and commercial operation. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPC execution, utility-scale generation asset mixes, and complex stakeholder coordination in fast-paced, capital-intensive environments.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or other related field of study Required Master's degree or MBA (preferred)

Experience

1015+ years of experience in power generation or heavy industrial projects 7+ years managing large EPC projects ($100MM+) Demonstrated experience with: o Gas turbine projects (Frame units, aeroderivatives) o Combined-cycle plant construction (11 or larger) Proven track record delivering projects: o On schedule o Within budget o Meeting performance guarantees Knowledge of gas system design and operations including gas flow, construction, contracts, and emergency response. Knowledge of local, state, and federal operating codes and construction codes Proficiency with personal computers, construction scheduling software, Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentations, and other computer software Technical Expertise

Strong Understanding Of

o CTG and CCGT plant design and operation o HRSG systems and thermodynamic cycles o High-voltage systems and grid interconnection Familiarity with OEM platforms Certifications (Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
