Job Description
Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost reporting. Oversee subcontractors and ensure scope alignment. Lead tilt-up and concrete construction execution. Maintain client communication and project documentation. Drive projects independently from precon to closeout.
Salary: $120,000-$135,000. Bonus potential + stable project pipeline. Leadership exposure with direct exec interaction. Clear growth with expanding business.

The successful applicant: 8+ years' PM experience with a Florida GC. Experience with tilt-up and concrete construction. Background in commercial and multifamily projects. Proven ability to run projects independently. Strong tenure; no frequent job changes.
